Over the last four decades, the label and its team have grown in size considerably and are now a group of over sixty designers. In 2005, the company moved the manufacturing plant to a larger premises on the outskirts of Munich, turning their former plant into a dedicated showroom. Today, the team focuses on artistic lights to create interesting and pleasant working and living spaces. In addition to selling regular products, the Maurer design house takes on commissioned jobs for lighting and acts as an interior lighting advisor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cem\u003eZuuk Spot\u003c\/em\u003e is made from stainless steel as well as anodised aluminium and heat-proof glass. Its shade is a lovely elongated conical shape with subtle colouring. Ideal for lobbys and hallways, the lamp comes with a surface mount, an anodised 0.8cm washer and a halogen bulb.
