Right of withdrawal

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Please check your item(s) upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service teams by phone or email within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will make it right.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the email address or phone number above to return or exchange eligible items, but please keep the following in mind during the returns process:

- Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Returns will only be accepted at our warehouse.
- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price, up to $500. The restocking fee is waived for returns on accessories and lighting.
- Returns with a voucher will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
- Returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
- Please make sure you keep the original packaging materials, receipt and all price tags for returns.
- Fees will be waived when exchanging for products of comparable value.

Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds of eligible items, including the amount of any taxes as per applicable law. For your convenience, we accept the following as proof of purchase:

- Original paper receipt
- E-voucher
- Original packing slip
- Order number

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Taxes will be refunded according to applicable law. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage caused by the customer. Please remember that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. Therefore, it is important that you retain and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.

What cannot be returned or exchanged?

- Gift cards.
- Floor models
- Items marked "final sale" or "non-refundable" are sold "as is".

What if I need to cancel my order?

We may accept cancellation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on backorder. Stock items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of placing an order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you ordered with a credit card, your card will be charged once each item ships. Custom and special order items cannot be canceled.

Risk of loss

All items purchased are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon your delivery to the carrier. If your order is placed with a purchase order, FOB Shipping Dock's shipping terms will control over the shipping terms in your purchase order.
