Copycat

Copycat is a table lamp designed in 2015 by Michael Anastassiades for the Italian brand Flos. The lamp consists of two assembled spheres. The large sphere is made of mouth-blown opal glass and equipped with a LED bulb, and the smaller one is made of solid aluminum in a number of surface treatments and designs. The lamp is equipped with a dimmer on the cable.

Together the spheres form an artistic appearance in perfect balance with each other. Anastassiades believes that the inspiration behind the lamp was in wanting to imitate someone, hence the name Copycat.
