Frisbi

Frisbi is a ceiling lamp designed in 1978 by Achille Castiglioni for the Italian brand Flos. The lamp is made of high-gloss polished steel and has a Plexiglas lampshade. The thin lampshade hangs from three neat steel cables under the light source, creating a pendant with the feeling that it is floating.

The design refers to the iconic frisbee toy. Castiglioni is known for his way of working with illusions of light and structures.
