Designed to furnish the new interiors of post-war America, the Florence Knoll coffee table is a pared-down translation of the lines, gestures and materials of modern architecture. Consistent with all of her designs, the table has a spare geometric presence that reflects the rational approach to design that Florence Knoll learned from Mies van der Rohe. Top: 15 mm thick glass, or 20 mm marble finish. The marble top’s transparent polyester finish also protects it from stains.
