Overlap

Overlap is a lamp designed by Michael Anastassiades for Italian Flos in 2018. The pendant is made with a steel frame and a resin diffuser shade treated with a Cocoon finish. It also features a transparent cover. The ring for hanging is made of gold-plated steel. The enveloping frame creates an interesting atmosphere and emits a soft, diffused light into the room.

Overlap is an addition to Flos lamps made with their special cocoon technique that they have been developing since the 60s. The material is reminiscent of spun silk and gives a soft glow. Overlap is produced in two sizes, and this is the smaller version.
