Taccia (PMMA)
Taccia (PMMA) is a table lamp designed by brothers Achille and Pier Castiglioni in 1962 and produced by the Italian Flos. Made of aluminium and acrylic plastic (PMMA), the lamp provides indirect, reflective light. Choose between black, anodised bronze or anodised aluminium. Taccia (PMMA) can be placed both on a chest of drawers and on the floor thanks to its size. Taccia is also available with a glass diffuser, available in two sizes.
Taccia (PMMA) is a unique lamp that, despite its obvious flirtation with the 60s, is contemporary and looks great in a modern home. We at Nordiska Galleriet are particularly fond of Taccia and like to use the lamp with its retro charm in our exhibition, preferably in combination with both younger and older design elements. This is to create living environments with different materials and shapes.
