Fish contea

Viscontea is a pendant lamp with a structure resembling a cocoon, designed by Achille and Pier Castiglioni in 1960 and manufactured by Flos. Steel structure, covered with a resinous substance. The light spreads widely throughout the room. The material used to form the lamp was used by the Castiglioni brothers on American military vehicles to protect them from bad weather and salt spray. The brothers were inspired and covered Viscontea with the same material.
