Knoll Barcelona Chair – Chocolate Leather

Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe for Knoll in 1929 for the German Pavilion at the International Exposition in Barcelona, the Barcelona Chair in chocolate Volo leather remains one of the most important and recognisable pieces of furniture of the twentieth century. The deep, warm tone of the chocolate leather brings a grounded richness to the chair's monumental form.
