THONET S 60 cantilever chair
Reserved elegance combined with high seating comfort. With the S 60, Glen Oliver Löw has succeeded in reinterpreting the sled chair and developing a contemporary version. The seat shell made of moulded plywood is connected to the tubular steel frame via the armrests. Milled openings increase air circulation and visually structure the backrest. The armrests, covered with a soft plastic material, taper towards the back and are connected to the seat shell. The diameter of the tubular steel has been reduced to a minimum, which makes this comfortable chair lightweight and gives it an elegant, clear appearance.
