The Eames Lounge Chair Santos Palisander by Vitra has a width of 84 centimetres, a depth of 85 to 92 centimetres (depending on the position of the backrest) and a height of 89 centimetres. The seat width is 54 centimetres, the seat depth is 60.5 centimetres and the seat height is 38 centimetres. The seat and back shells are made of black pigmented Santos Palisander veneer. The chair has a five-star swivel base made of polished die-cast aluminium with black sides. The finish of the backrest matches the base. The cushions are removable and therefore replaceable. The upholstery is made of black leather. There are hard glides for carpet underneath, felt glides for hard floors are optionally available.
