Vitra Eames LCM armchair

The Vitra Eames LCM lounge chair was designed by Charles & Ray Eames.

The LCM lounge chair belongs to the Plywood Group by Charles & Ray Eames. LCM stands for Loung Chair Metal. The seat and back as well as the base are made of ash plywood. The base is chromed. The seat and back parts of the chair are connected to the chromed base by means of parts of rubber and metal (shock mounts).
