Vitra Mariposa Club armchair

The Vitra Mariposa Club armchair was designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.

Unlike the other models in the Mariposa family, this one does not have adjustable arm and backrests. That should not spoil the fun. The cushions are wonderfully comfortable because they are supported by a metal frame with polyurethane foam. The cushions are filled with foam cubes and ball fibre. The back cushions are attached to the backrest by means of a zip. The Vitra Mariposa Club armchair has a height of 78 centimetres, a width of 81.5 centimetres and a depth of 87.5 centimetres. The seat height is 41 centimetres. The covers are removable and there are plastic gliders underneath that are adjustable in height.
