Part 1: The Vision and Spatial Flow
For this high-end restyling project on the Vossiusstraat, we collaborated with Flare Department and P.S Concepts to transform a high-profile apartment overlooking the prestigious Vondelpark. The sweeping views of this 19th-century national heritage site, renowned for its romantic English landscape design, served as a defining element of the space. The apartment's open layout called for an atmosphere that is both relaxed and elegantly defined. We focused on establishing distinct functional areas within the home while maintaining a seamless, natural flow throughout.
Part 2: The Curation and Final Result
To achieve this, we curated a blend of contemporary and timeless design pieces, featuring iconic works such as the Arflex Marenco sofa, Warren Platner seating, the Martinelli Luce Pipistrello lamp, and accents from Flos and Ligne Roset. The final result is a comfortable, understated interior that beautifully complements the apartment's architecture without overpowering it—a refined aesthetic that ultimately culminated in the property's successful sale at an impressive average of €20,000 per square meter.
