Did you order a new item?
The delivery time from the manufacturer is an indication. After production, the item first travels from the factory to our warehouse. We will let you know as soon as it has arrived, and then you can book your day through this page.
We follow every order closely. If you have not heard from us yet, we are usually still waiting for information from the manufacturer or carrier.
Book your delivery or pickup
Choose your preferred day in our calendar. Within 48 hours we will contact you to confirm the day and share your time window.
Pickup takes place at our showroom: Airborne Avenue 71, Hoofddorp. Please bring your order number.

All prices include VAT.
White Glove Service includes unpacking, placing the item where you want it, connecting modules and assembling legs. We take all packaging with us, and the carrier is responsible for handling risks such as stairs or difficult access.
Standard delivery is a one person service. Packaging is not taken back.
