Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service teams by phone or email within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the email address or phone number above to return or exchange eligible items, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:
- Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt or the purchase date, whichever is later.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted at our warehouse.
- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price, up to a maximum of €500. The restocking fee will not be charged for returns of accessories and lighting.
- Returns with a receipt will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
- Refunds will reflect original discounts and promotions.
- Please ensure you keep the original packaging materials, receipt, and all price tags for returns.
- Fees will be waived when exchanging for products of comparable value.
Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, store credits, or refunds of eligible items, including the amount of taxes under applicable law. For your convenience, we accept the following as proof of purchase:
- Original paper receipt
- E-receipt
- Original packing slip
- Order number
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Taxes will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transport damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage caused by the customer. Please remember that furniture is vulnerable to damage during transport. Therefore, it is important that you keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.
What can you not return or exchange?
- Gift cards.
- Floor models.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" are sold "as is".
What if I need to cancel my order?
We can accept the cancellation of your order for items that have not yet been shipped or are on backorder. Stock items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of placing an order. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you ordered with a credit card, your card will be charged as soon as each item is shipped. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
Risk of loss
All purchased items are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order was placed with a purchase order, the shipping terms of FOB shipping dock will override the shipping terms in your purchase order.
