Glo-Ball Basic

Glo-Ball Basic is a table lamp, designed by Jasper Morrison for Italian Flos, in 1998. The glass cup is hand-blown and etched in white opal glass, injection molded from polycarbonate and reinforced with 30% fiberglass. Glo-Ball Basic comes in two sizes and in 2009 Glo-Ball Basic Zero was also introduced, which is the smallest version of the table lamp with a diameter of 19 cm.

The lamp is part of the Glo-Ball series, all of which are inspired by the full moon, both with their shapes and soft lighting. The model is as modern and current as when it was designed in the late 1990s. It combines perfectly with other models in the Glo-Ball collection.
