Thonet B 10 Coffee Table
The timeless Thonet B 10 coffee table was designed in 1927 by designer Marcel Breuer for the Thonet brand.
The elongated, sleek table is a typical example of the Bauhaus style, of which Breuer was a key representative: minimalist, linear, and geometric in shape. He is also the designer of the well-known sled chairs of this brand. In 1925, the B 9 side tables were released, and this table is an extended version of those.
This B 10 Coffee Table, with a width of 39 cm, a length of 130 cm, and a height of 50 cm, consists of a minimalist chrome-plated metal tube construction and a thin rectangular stained or lacquered top, available in various wood types and colors. The rectangular shape of the top is reflected on the side of the base, the rounded corners of which provide a soft organic counterpart. Gliders ensure that the floor and the steel remain scratch-free. The coffee table can be used as a stylish coffee table or side table.
