Vitra Akari 10A Lamp

The Akari Light Sculptures were designed by Isamu Noguchi beginning in 1951 after a visit to Gifu, Japan. Made from washi paper and bamboo ribs, they diffuse light softly and function as much as sculpture as illumination.
