ClassiCon Bell Coffee Table

Sebastian Herkner’s Bell Table turns our perception habits on their head by using the light, fragile material of glass as the base for a metal top that appears to float above it. Hand-blown in the traditional manner using a wooden mold, the transparent tinted glass base has a sculptural presence in space, contrasting intriguingly with the solid brass frame on top, while also forming a harmonious unit, reminiscent of the elegantly curved silhouette of a bell.

With its attractive reflective surfaces and contrasting materials, the side table adds a distinctive touch to living environments. It celebrates the beauty of the materials with their colours and surfaces, together with the craftsmanship. The Bell Table is a masterpiece of traditional craftsmanship.
