Eileen Gray not only created some of the most iconic furniture classics of the 20th century, she also ran a studio that produced rugs based on her designs. Some of her finest designs are part of the ClassiCon rug collection. De Stijl is based on Eileen Gray’s gouaches and pencil drawings from the 1920s. The geometric design is based on a grid of black lines, a navy blue rectangle and a beige circle motif.
